located in the New Harbour area of Cotillo. Its
outstanding feature is the private roof terrace
which offers spectacular sea views to the south over the surfer’s beach.
It is furnished and equipped to
a very high standard and offers all the comforts of
home; full cooking facilities, Sat TV and
comfortable sofa and beds.
The apartment is split over two
levels with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and
living area on the first level and the second
bedroom and w/c on the upper level adjacent to the
roof terrace.
The private roof terrace is
equipped with sun loungers, table & chairs and a
shower; the perfect place to relax and soak up the
sun, especially on those windier days.
There is also a balcony leading
from the living area; ideal for that early morning
cuppa or to simply sit and watch the world go by!
Linen & towels are provided. Linen will be changed
once weekly and towels twice. More frequent changes
can be arranged at a small supplement.
Please note this apartment is not suitable for
young children.
This apartment is being offered from only 350 euros
per week (monthly rates available).
